Lets Find the lost Humanity in the New year

As I bid adieu to the year 2014, I realised that the year has left deep scars on the word "HUMANITY". From  Gang rapes in Delhi to Taliban attack in Peshawar on School children,from communal riots in Uttar Pradesh to army firing on innocent teenagers under the shed of AFSPA and State protection has left me in deep anger,sadness,grief and despair.
People have resorted to theme of violence just to meet thier materialistic dreams and aspirations.
The essence of Humanity is lost amongst the people. Idea of humanity,secularism,inclusiveness,equality and justice has come under attack from these  turbulent and heinous crimes conducted around the Globe.

They judge you on your cover and name slip.
They screen you from top to bottom,from left to right.
They have thier preconceived notions and assumptions.
They want to play and mould you like a clay.
They want to crush your innocence under thier dominance
But,
There are Humans alive who will
Respect your Soul
Understand the Simple heart
Awaken the Lost Smile
Bring Light to the beautiful eyes
Spread Peace and Love.
You just need to find the Gems in the mud.

With these thoughts, I welcome the year 2015 with open arms and wish we see a cleaner,safer and a more peaceful and loving world in the year ahead:)

Every dinner table, conference hall and classroom have shared one common thing in last one week- “Salman Khan Hit and Run Case.” Everyone is talking about the case, courts jurisdiction and what not. Out of all this wail and whine, the most disturbing thing is the emotional and mental torture being given to a person. People are digging out his past deeds and judging how much wrong or right, bad or good Salman has done in the past. No matter the courts judgement in this case or how far this case goes in terms of judicial hierarchy or time frame.
